Authentic Talent Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team in the Midlands region.

About the Role

We are looking for a Building Surveyor with a strong background in Pre Acquisition and Project work to join our team. As a Homes Based Building Surveyor, you will have the freedom to manage clients and plan your own diary to suit your needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct building surveys and provide expert advice to clients
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and develop strong relationships
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Director to drive business growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Building Surveying, with a focus on Pre Acquisition and Project work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business development skills
