Senior Building Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team at Authentic Talent Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients across the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across all areas for clients.
  • Identify and develop new client relationships to grow the region further.
  • Lead instructions and assist with the delivery of portfolio instructions.
  • Identify and action new opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Assist with delivering the agreed service, strategy, business plan, and Quality Assurance document for the department.
  • Continually drive change and progress in the business to evolve with client and market demands.
  • Support and maintain existing relationships with clients and contacts within the wider business group.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified with solid commercial surveying experience.
  • Good appreciation of both professional and project-based building surveying matters.
  • Experience in building and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Own vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the region.
