As the Business Development Manager at OK Social, you will serve as a brand ambassador, actively engaging on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, while also leveraging Instagram and other channels.

Experience Requirements:

We believe that a background in marketing or sales is essential, with a preference for familiarity with the creative or agency sectors, although this is not mandatory.

This role offers significant flexibility regarding working hours, accommodating personal commitments such as school drop-offs and pick-ups. We anticipate hiring for approximately 20-30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

● Drive new business acquisition and foster repeat business.

● Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

● Influence and refine our sales processes and methodologies.
