Your Responsibilities

Overseeing and guiding your team to ensure the highest cleanliness standards are consistently achieved
⦁ Managing personal protective equipment (PPE) and cleaning supplies for the team
⦁ Conducting team meetings to identify training needs
⦁ Assisting with payroll preparation and arranging coverage during absences
⦁ Performing daily audits and compiling monthly performance reports.
⦁ Engaging in general cleaning tasks throughout the premises
⦁ Ensuring all assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards.
⦁ Tasks include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
⦁ Ensuring proper use and storage of all equipment
⦁ Familiarizing yourself with health and safety regulations
⦁ Managing waste disposal
⦁ Promptly reporting any equipment deficiencies or issues
⦁ Verifying that all equipment is safe and operational.

Qualifications
  • Must have the right to work in the UK and have lived in the country for the past five years.
  • A DBS check is necessary for this position.
  • Previous experience is advantageous, but comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
