Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our client, a leading provider of premium heating equipment, in the West Midlands area.

This field-based role offers a competitive base salary of £45,000, with an uncapped bonus scheme, on average reaching £65,000. Additional benefits include a pension, full training, and a fully equipped demo vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Win new business and nurture relationships with existing accounts
  • Achieve sales and margin targets, demonstrating commercial acumen and technical expertise
  • Represent a top-tier brand, leveraging successful sales experience in a technical/trade role
