About the Role

This position is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background or a recent graduate/apprentice looking to begin a career in payroll. The company provides excellent training and support, including the opportunity to gain CIPP qualifications, offering a solid foundation for a rewarding career in payroll and HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and maintain payroll data, using Excel to manage complex data sets.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll reports and analysis for the management team.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure efficient payroll operations.
