Payroll Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Thomas Jean Associates Ltd in Leicester.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in payroll administration and be proficient in Sage software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, monthly, and annual payrolls.
  • Oversee all aspects of payroll and pension processing, including setting up new PAYE and pension schemes.
  • Upload pension contributions to various pension providers.
  • Process salary payments and handle auto-enrolment duties and RTI.
  • Manage CIS and year-end payroll procedures, including P60 reporting.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in payroll administration.
  • Proficiency in Sage software.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
