Telesales Executive Opportunity in Plymouth, UK

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our client's expanding team in Plymouth, UK. As a key player in our Sales department, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and promoting a diverse range of products to both new and existing clients.

Your Role:

As a Telesales Executive, you will be an integral part of our Sales department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting outbound calls and sending emails to potential and existing customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products or services.
  • Providing detailed product information and addressing customer queries.
  • Maintaining in-depth product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
  • Following up on leads and accurately documenting customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Handling objections professionally and scheduling follow-up meetings.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
