Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Team Leader at Co-op Digital, you will be part of a friendly team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include coaching and supervising the store team, deputising for the Store Manager, and ensuring the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide friendly and welcoming service to customers, taking ownership of managing the store and handling challenging situations.
- Develop the capabilities of your team through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.
- Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational, managing diligence checks and stock accuracy to provide a great shopping experience for customers.
- Support the Store Manager by deputising when they are not working and delivering a variety of HR processes.
- Lead the introduction of new products and services in your store, working closely with your team to implement change and encourage open and honest feedback.
- Build relationships and get involved in your local community, supporting the Store Manager with the delivery of the local Co-op community plan.
- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
- The ability to strike a balance between leading and supporting your team and rolling up your sleeves on the shop floor.
- Great people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
