About Us: CV Bay Ltd is a thriving organisation with a £10 million turnover and ambitious growth plans. As we embark on our next phase of expansion, we are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Sales Director to play a pivotal role in achieving our goals.


The Role: As Sales Director, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for leading and growing our sales team to drive new business wins and increase market share within the security sector of the FM industry. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that align with our ambitious growth objectives. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution, allowing you to actively engage in high-level sales activities while developing and nurturing a high-performing sales team.


  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  2. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
  3. Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic planning and hands-on sales efforts.
  4. Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with company objectives and growth plans.
  5. Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine our sales approach and stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.


What We're Looking For:


  1. Proven experience in a senior sales role, within the Facilities Management or Security Services sector.
  2. Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  3. Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  4. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to new business development and client management.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
