As a Regional Housing Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering effective tenancy and resident management in accordance with established policies.
  • Addressing issues related to anti-social behavior and tenancy violations.
  • Overseeing safeguarding and complex cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Optimizing income by managing rent accounts effectively.
  • Managing vacant properties to ensure timely lettings and support business objectives.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with tenants and key stakeholders to enhance housing service management.
  • Assisting tenants in maintaining their tenancies.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role due to travel requirements.
