The Role:

We are seeking a proactive Senior Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team in Norwich, working directly at one of our prominent client locations. This position is pivotal in addressing recruitment requirements within specified timelines while effectively managing the workforce. Candidates should possess prior experience in the industrial recruitment sector. Unlike many positions in this field, this role operates Monday to Friday with no requirement for out-of-hours work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and evaluating candidates through phone interactions
  • Scheduling and facilitating interview sessions
  • Conducting onboarding sessions for new employees
  • Maintaining compliance and ensuring all onboarding documentation is current
  • Overseeing worker attendance and responding to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Carrying out administrative duties and reporting as necessary
  • Participating in morning operational meetings

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in the industrial recruitment field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Exceptional relationship-building capabilities with both clients and staff
  • Effective communication skills and a professional phone demeanor
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently
