About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to become part of our dynamic team in Norwich, working directly with one of our major clients. This position entails addressing recruitment requirements within client timelines and effectively managing the workforce. Candidates should possess prior experience in the industrial recruitment sector; however, unlike many positions in this field, this role operates Monday to Friday with no after-hours responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and assessing candidates via telephone
  • Scheduling and facilitating interview sessions
  • Conducting onsite orientations for new employees
  • Ensuring all onboarding compliance and documentation are current
  • Overseeing worker attendance and promptly addressing inquiries
  • Executing administrative tasks and reporting as necessary
  • Participating in morning operational meetings

  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities
