Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage a defined caseload of patients, providing clinical leadership and guidance to the team.
- Develop and implement effective care plans, utilizing evidence-based practices and outcome measures.
- Collaborate with primary and secondary care services to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, including the Mental Health Act 1983, and ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Current professional registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Post-basic training in mental health nursing.
- Extensive experience working with mental health patients, with a proven track record of clinical leadership and innovation.
- Professional qualification in a relevant field, such as occupational therapy or social work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
