About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our residential development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement of contractors, including tender analysis and award.
  • Implementing commercial processes, such as standardised templates, tender procurement trackers, and final accounting systems.
  • Working with the Technical department and external design consultants to build preconstruction plans, works scopes, and schedules.
  • Managing variation trackers and sign-off variations and valuations.
  • Risk analysis and cash flow forecasting.
  • Monthly CVRs and package management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar or the same role.
  • Educated to HNC standard.
  • Experience of residential development.
  • Ability to travel around the Southern Home Counties and Essex to visit sites.
  • Ability to work in the office for a minimum of 2 days.
