Job Title: Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary:

PW Construction Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing commercial infrastructure projects, building relationships with clients, and leading a team of commercial professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial aspects of infrastructure projects from contract award to completion.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of commercial professionals, including quantity surveyors and estimators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage project costs, including estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial management and quantity surveying.
  • Knowledge of JCT Contracts, NEC3, and NEC4.
  • Experience of working on high-value infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
