This position is based in a conveniently located office, ensuring easy access for all team members.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director and/or Office Head, with a primary focus on securing new clients.

It is essential to recognize the significance of a new business initiative, showcasing your initiative while maintaining a systematic and organized work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the New Business Team
  • Scheduling meetings with prospective clients, emphasizing profitable new developments as well as residential conveyancing
  • Preserving existing business relationships
  • Collaborating with the Director / Office Head to discuss and comprehend KPIs
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on the firm's services and areas of specialization
  • Monitoring conversion rates with introducers to identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinating with the Marketing Team to strategize market approaches and future initiatives
  • Assisting Fee Earners in sourcing new business and meeting targets

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable sales role
  • Ability to utilize your own initiative effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines
  • A collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills and enthusiasm
  • Organized, methodical, and adaptable

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Compensation:
Approximately £35,000 per annum plus bonus incentives and a benefits package that includes 33 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), a day off for your birthday, social events, monthly firm-sponsored meals, staff discounts on legal services, a health cash plan for workplace wellness, a pension scheme, and an employee referral bonus.
