About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing accounts within the region and assisting in the development of our future sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts within the region, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Assist in the development of our future sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform our sales strategy.
Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the waste industry.
  • Full/clean driving license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
