Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Trainer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training sessions and competency assessments for various audiences.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure internal quality assurance of clinical and quality and safety learning interventions.
  • Develop and implement a modern, blended learning approach using digital tools and virtual assessments.
  • Tailor learning delivery to different environments and learning styles.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify and address learning demands.
  • Review and analyze the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Manage workload with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
