Main Responsibilities- Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Ensure internal quality assurance of clinical and quality and safety learning interventions.
- Develop and implement a modern, blended learning approach using digital tools and virtual assessments.
- Tailor learning delivery to different environments and learning styles.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify and address learning demands.
- Review and analyze the effectiveness of training programs.
- Manage workload with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
