Customs Compliance Specialist

Objetivo General del Rol
Realizar declaraciones de exportación e importación aduanera para la empresa dentro de un plazo adecuado para garantizar que las mercancías sean despachadas a tiempo y cumplan con nuestros estrictos horarios de servicio. Esto se logrará colaborando con nuestros Clientes, socios y autoridades externas, incluyendo HMRC y Revenue Ireland.
Responsabilidades Principales
Completar declaraciones aduaneras (tanto de exportación como de importación - incluyendo códigos de mercancía) en nuestra plataforma aduanera de manera oportuna. Asegurar que se mantengan controles internos para garantizar que cumplimos con los más altos estándares de conformidad aduanera. Reportar y registrar cualquier problema de incumplimiento dentro de la operación de importación y exportación al Gerente de Importación y Exportación para asegurar que se tomen acciones correctivas. Mantener registros, informar y resolver incumplimientos de las declaraciones de entrada aduanera de importación/exportación. Investigar y resolver consultas relacionadas con aduanas de importación y exportación según se solicite. Asistir en la gestión de llegadas/salidas en tránsito y declaraciones de seguridad. Mantener registros que satisfagan todos los requisitos de HMRC y Revenue Ireland y ayudar al Gerente de Importación y Exportación con auditorías internas. Ser un punto de contacto para nuestros manipuladores de paquetes / colegas de servicio al cliente para asegurar que todos los envíos internacionales se coordinen de manera efectiva. Deberá tener confianza en el uso de Excel, MS Word y ser capaz de realizar entradas de datos repetitivas con precisión.Conocimientos, Habilidades y Experiencia
Cualquier experiencia con formalidades aduaneras de importación/exportación es altamente deseable, pero no esencial, ya que se proporcionará capacitación completa. Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo. Poseer habilidades organizativas sólidas. Capaz de trabajar con precisión y tener un buen ojo para los detalles. Puede realizar tareas repetitivas de entrada de datos y mantenerse motivado.Especificaciones Personales
Buenas habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales. Tener un enfoque flexible hacia los patrones de turno para poder trabajar entre turnos de tarde y noche según lo requiera la operación. Actitud proactiva. Capaz de trabajar por iniciativa propia y señalar errores a colegas / Gerente. Actitud responsable y dedicada hacia el trabajo. Historial laboral verificable. Interés en obtener una calificación en Comercio Internacional/aduanas.Beneficios:
