About the Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Account Manager to join our team at ICONIC GmbH. As an Amazon Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketplace and product strategies on Amazon, as well as providing strategic and operational planning for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketplace Strategy: Develop and implement marketplace and product strategies on Amazon to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Customer Management: Provide strategic and operational planning for enterprise customers, including consulting on key performance indicators and analyzing product and sales performance.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts on Amazon, including creating and optimizing product detail pages, monitoring and optimizing product rankings and keywords, and coordinating interactions between teams.
  • Process Development: Set up and further develop business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed studies in business administration, economics, cultural studies, or a related field.
  • Experience: Professional experience in online marketing and the Amazon ecosystem is desired but not essential.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Personal Qualities: Willingness to take responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong ability to work in a team.
