Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Account Manager, der sich auf die Entwicklung und den Ausbau unseres Verkäuferprogramms "Heavy & Bulky" spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres internationalen Teams werden Sie Verkaufspartner für unser Programm gewinnen, sie beim Start dieses Service begleiten und anschließend ihr Geschäft kontinuierlich ausbauen.
Hauptraufgaben- Verkaufspartner für unser Heavy & Bulky-Programm gewinnen und unterstützen
- Verkaufspartner kompetent betreuen und entlang ehrgeiziger Ziele weiter entwickeln
- Datenbasiert Performance analysieren und Ansatzpunkte und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen für weiteres gemeinsames Wachstum definieren
- Eng mit den Bereichen Neukundenakquise, Produktmanagement, Kategorie-Management, Verkäuferservice und Operations zusammenarbeiten
- Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung des Kundenerlebnisses und bestehender Versandlösungen initiieren und treiben
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Bachelor-Abschluss
- Hervorragende organisatorische, zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Starke Analyse- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
- Leistungsbereitschaft und Entscheidungsfreude innerhalb eines hochdynamischen Umfelds
