An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled caretaker to join our Environmental Services team at Stockport Homes Group.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and cleanliness of our buildings. This will involve delivering exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations, and communicating effectively with your manager and colleagues to ensure all work is completed efficiently.
You will work proactively to identify areas that require intensive cleaning and be flexible and open to change. You will also be required to use IT applications and support our team's vision to grow and develop.
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Hold a full driving license.
- Be able to work flexibly across our 7-day working pattern.
- Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work and dealing with customers.
- Have a good eye for detail and ensure no job, however small, is overlooked.
Previous experience in caretaking, cleaning, or high-reach window cleaning is desirable, but not essential, as all relevant training will be provided. The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory basic clearance by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
