An exciting opportunity has arisen for a role within the Environmental Services team at Stockport Homes Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and cleanliness of our buildings. You must deliver an excellent level of customer service and communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure all work is completed efficiently.

You will work proactively on areas requiring intensive cleaning, be flexible and open to change, use IT applications, and support the team's vision to grow and develop.

Candidates must:

• Hold a full driving licence.

• Be able to work flexibly across our 7-day working pattern.

• Have a positive approach to work and dealing with customers.

• Have a good eye for detail.

Previous experience in caretaking, cleaning, or high-reach window cleaning is desirable, but not essential as all relevant training will be given.

The successful applicant's appointment will be subject to satisfactory basic clearance by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
