Essential Criteria
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMHN)
  • Experience working in a mental health setting
  • Ability to travel independently within the locality as required
  • Commitment to attending mandatory and statutory training events
  • Understanding of national policy related to mental health
Desirable Criteria
  • Ability to work calmly in often distressing and emotional circumstances
  • Willingness to participate in the preceptorship program
  • Up-to-date clinical knowledge, including risk assessment, dual diagnosis, and health and social care needs
  • Clinical skills training (awareness of physical health and well-being)
  • Experience collaborating with other agencies, including the voluntary sector
