Your ContributionAs a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with diverse mental health needs. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans

Essential Criteria- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMHN)
- Experience working in a mental health setting
- Ability to travel independently within the locality as required
- Commitment to attending mandatory and statutory training events
- Understanding of national policy related to mental health
- Ability to work calmly in often distressing and emotional circumstances
- Willingness to participate in the preceptorship program
- Up-to-date clinical knowledge, including risk assessment, dual diagnosis, and health and social care needs
- Clinical skills training (awareness of physical health and well-being)
- Experience collaborating with other agencies, including the voluntary sector
