Job Opportunity: Brand Manager - 12 Month Contract

Ambition Europe Limited is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join their Marketing and Business Development team on a 12-month contract. As a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in building the profile of the business, winning new work, and growing strong client relationships.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the 'Brand Matters' workflow, prioritizing tasks, responding to stakeholders, meeting deadlines, and managing expectations. This will include designing materials using InDesign, overseeing projects outsourced to agencies, and ensuring high standards and effective cost/workflow management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Management: Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance the company's image and reputation.
  • Design and Creative Direction: Provide design direction to colleagues and external agencies, manage training, and develop templates for marketing materials.
  • Brand Asset Management: Update and maintain the brand asset library, suggesting improvements and ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including photo libraries and visual identity, to align with the company's brand positioning.
  • Printed Materials: Coordinate the production of high-quality printed materials, including brochures, business cards, and stationery.
  • Stationery and Merchandise: Oversee updates to letterhead, comp slips, envelopes, and business cards, as well as manage the supply and workflow systems for the company's merchandise.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Brand Manager or Senior Design professional, with a track record of managing similar projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe layout and design software, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, as well as experience working in a professional services firm.
