Health and Safety Professional

3D Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our employees and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating hazards.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with external health and safety consultants to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of health and safety activities, including training, inspections, and incident reports.
- Present regular reports to senior management on health and safety performance and progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a construction or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
