The ideal candidate will possess a background in the Food or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, demonstrating a robust track record in fulfilling customer needs throughout the Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to both existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure accurate entry and timely delivery of customer orders, adhering to specified lead times whenever feasible.
- Oversee the execution and administration of Sales Agreements.
- Adhere to internal regulations and operational protocols.
- Enhance workflow processes to minimize errors and boost precision in contract management.
- Engage in negotiations with logistics providers to obtain competitive transportation rates.
- Manage invoicing in accordance with Sales Agreements and company standards.
- Prepare necessary shipping documentation, including export papers.
- Handle urgent order requests efficiently.
- Oversee inventory management.
It is essential to maintain accurate records within the Access system and ensure that control reports align with shipping documents and final invoices.
The candidate should exhibit a willingness to learn new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and possess a strong numerical aptitude. A background in the Food or FMCG industry is a prerequisite.
