Respiratory Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Respiratory Medicine Specialist to join our dynamic team at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. As a key member of our Respiratory Directorate, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our respiratory services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical care to patients with respiratory conditions, including lung cancer, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
- Develop and implement subspecialty respiratory medicine services for a population of over 600,000.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and develop new services.
- Contribute to the development of clinical governance and research initiatives within the health board.
- Provide teaching and training to medical staff and students.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Full registration and a licence to practice with the GMC.Experience in respiratory medicine, including subspecialty areas such as lung cancer and pleural medicine.Excellent clinical and communication skills.A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our respiratory services.-
