Physical Rehabilitation Therapist

WellSpan Health is seeking a highly skilled Physical Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will provide advanced physical therapy services to individual patients, working collaboratively to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs for patients, incorporating exercises, therapeutic modalities, and procedures as needed.
- Direct and supervise patients in active, active-assisted, and passive exercises, muscle re-education, and functional training using appropriate equipment.
- Coordinate physical therapy activities with other team members to facilitate achievement of established goals.
- Provide education to nursing, medical, and ancillary services on rehab guidelines and practice models related to physical therapy.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Aides as required by PA practice act.
- Perform administrative duties, including orientation, competency training, peer reviews, and in-services.
- Assist in program development and performance improvement.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
- 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy.
