About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at Sir Josiah Mason Trust. As a key member of our care services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in maintaining a safe and effective care environment
  • Lead by example, providing leadership and guidance to care assistants
  • Ensure that all care is assessed, planned, evaluated, and reviewed to a consistently high standard
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, relatives, and external stakeholders
