Job Title: Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, and other department heads to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, labor costs, and operating supply costs to ensure they are in line with budget.
  • Participate in departmental meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a high-quality dining experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
