About the Role

As a Field Sales Executive at Acosta, you'll play a vital role in expanding our presence within the dynamic hospitality industry. You'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with independent businesses, including clubs, pubs, and cocktail bars, to introduce our innovative vending machine solutions and other business development opportunities.

This is a 6-month trial position that offers the chance to join a successful team and contribute directly to our growth. Your performance will be evaluated for potential contract extension into 2025 and beyond.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Secure new business partnerships within the hospitality sector, meeting targets set for your designated territory.
  • Adhere to established guidelines when onboarding new locations.
  • Regularly visit assigned sites across your territory, building strong relationships and fostering growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a natural talent for identifying new prospects and a proven track record of successful sales conversions.
  • Proactively seek out and develop new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
  • Establish positive business connections and effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to potential partners.
  • Accurately document visit outcomes using provided smart devices to maintain a comprehensive database of prospects.
  • Provide valuable feedback, including recommendations and insights on new innovations.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in field sales, ideally within a territory-based role and the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of our products to diverse business owners.
  • A strong sales background coupled with exceptional relationship-building skills and a drive for success.
  • Previous experience utilizing smart devices for data capture or equivalent knowledge.
  • The ability to build rapport with independent business owners and effectively utilize influencing techniques.
  • A full, (preferably clean) UK driver's license is required.
