Senior Reinsurance Claims Adjuster Job Description
**Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reinsurance Claims Adjuster to join our client's Property & Specialty team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for achieving prompt, accurate, and consistent adjustment of claims liabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Handle Property and Marine Excess of Loss Reinsurance Claims with expertise and efficiency.
• Reject invalid claims and adjust quantum of covered claims with precision.
• Negotiate and resolve disputed claims, ensuring fair outcomes for all parties.
• Liaise with co-insurers and internal/external stakeholders as required.
• Eliminate redundant reserves and manage relationships with lawyers and adjusters.
**Requirements**
• Proven experience in handling Property and Marine Excess of Loss Reinsurance Claims within the Lloyd's Market, including international claims.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
