About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nursing Associate to join our District Nursing Team at Oxford Health NHS Trust.

As a Registered Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and planning of delegated care to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Monitoring of long-term conditions and well-being of service users, including escalation of interventions when necessary.
  • Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of clinical care and monitoring outcomes.
  • Administering medication in accordance with regulatory guidelines for Nursing Associates.
  • Undertaking onward referrals to appropriate services and community-based care support.
  • Assisting in specific therapeutic relationships to meet the physical, emotional, and psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of individuals and carers.
Requirements
  • Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC Register.
  • Ability to work well within a team and support, supervise, assess, and act as a role model to NATS.
  • Experience within a healthcare setting, working within a multidisciplinary team.
