We are seeking a dedicated Supporter Engagement Assistant who will serve as the primary contact for our supporters and collaborate with the Supporter Engagement Team to cultivate meaningful relationships within the community. This role demands a genuine passion for our mission, the individuals we assist, and, most importantly, the supporters who enable us to save lives.
The ideal candidate will be empathetic towards our supporters and all stakeholders involved in our charity. We are looking for someone who is committed to excellence, capable of working autonomously while also thriving in a team setting, and eager to explore innovative strategies and enhance their skills.
While prior experience in the charitable sector is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.
