Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the manufacturing team, ensuring the effective execution of daily operations and the achievement of business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and benchmarks to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Quality Management: Develop and implement quality management systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure effective communication and relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience.
  • Skills: Effective communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
