We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager/Administrator to join our team at the Buckinghamshire Primary Pupil Referral Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, providing administrative support to the senior leadership team, and ensuring the smooth running of our site.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a busy office environment, preferably in a school setting. They will be highly organized, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office telephone and email, setting up and maintaining pupil records, supporting the booking and production of paperwork for offsite activities, and providing support to the senior leadership team to ensure the site is safe for pupils and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including the administration of pupil records and the coordination of offsite activities.
- Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team, including the preparation of reports and the coordination of meetings.
- Ensure the smooth running of the site, including the maintenance of a safe and secure environment for pupils and staff.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with parents, staff, and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
