Position Summary: We are seeking two Agricultural Operations Supervisors to oversee our Enhanced Weathering initiatives in North-East England and the Central Belt of Scotland. This role is a fixed-term contract with a focus on efficient management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee deployment management to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Conduct health and safety evaluations.
  3. Identify and secure suitable land for operational deployments.
  4. Coordinate product deliveries, manage stockpiles, and oversee spreading activities, including post-application sampling and inspections.
  5. Achieve annual performance targets aligned with team objectives.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landowners, and suppliers.
