Essential Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience
- Completed Apprenticeship / NVQ Level 2 / C&G
- Understanding and application of construction methods, procedures, and processes delivered safely, adhering to quality, cost, and schedule.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or section experience.
Desirable Qualifications
- ECITB SMTDS / NVQ Level 3 or 4 ACE
- Professional Membership of a Relevant Institution
- Experience in Nuclear Construction Supervisory Roles
- Management of Functional and Distributed Teams
- Client and Personnel Management Skills
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Management of teams ranging from 5 to 15 individuals
