Essential Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Completed Apprenticeship / NVQ Level 2 / C&G
  • Understanding and application of construction methods, procedures, and processes delivered safely, adhering to quality, cost, and schedule.
  • A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or section experience.

Desirable Qualifications

  • ECITB SMTDS / NVQ Level 3 or 4 ACE
  • Professional Membership of a Relevant Institution
  • Experience in Nuclear Construction Supervisory Roles
  • Management of Functional and Distributed Teams
  • Client and Personnel Management Skills
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Management of teams ranging from 5 to 15 individuals
