Role – Infrastructure Security Lead

Head Resourcing is looking for a dedicated and experienced Infrastructure Security Lead to become an integral part of their innovative team. This position presents a unique opportunity to play a vital role in protecting the organization's infrastructure as it undergoes a digital evolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement security frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure compliance across Infrastructure and Cloud environments.
  • Manage and enhance vulnerability assessment initiatives for both on-premise and cloud-based systems.
  • Participate in the formulation and execution of network security protocols, including Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) mitigation, and firewall management.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in vulnerability management within infrastructure settings, with a proven history of leading effective teams.
  • In-depth understanding of network security principles, including firewalls, micro-segmentation, DDoS defenses, WAF, and Network Access Control (NAC).
  • Familiarity with open-source security frameworks such as OWASP and CVSS.
  • Practical experience with security solutions like Qualys, AlgoSec, Fortinet, Guardicore, Akamai, and Forescout.

Location: Flexible (Hybrid)
