LNT Care Developments is a leading residential care home developer in the UK, recognized for its innovative designs and high-quality construction. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Town Planner to contribute to our successful team at LNT Construction Limited.

About the Role
  • Manage planning projects internally, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion.
  • Conduct thorough site appraisals and evaluations, identifying potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and planning application documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Engage in effective communication and negotiation with relevant stakeholders, including local authorities, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Represent LNT Care Developments at Planning Committee meetings and appeals, advocating for project approvals and navigating complex decision-making processes.
About You
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in town planning, demonstrating a strong understanding of UK planning legislation and procedures.
  • Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise articulation of complex planning concepts.
  • Be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for land use planning and a commitment to sustainable development practices.
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
