Your typical responsibilities will include:
Preparing weekly and monthly reports on operational performance for both GXO and our clients. Collaborating with the on-site and central HR teams to address inquiries, effectively communicate issues, and manage discrepancies in payments. Supporting the Regional Finance Manager in enhancing and refining reporting processes and procedures. Conducting variance analysis with comprehensive commentary and assisting operational management in understanding the results.Requirements for success at GXO:
Part-qualified CIMA, ACCA, or an equivalent qualification, currently pursuing completion. Familiarity with financial management systems, with experience in SAP being advantageous. Experience with open book contracts is preferred. A proven history of establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
