About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Club Room, providing an exceptional dining experience for our members. You will lead a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they deliver outstanding service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and quality food
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Club Room, including inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work closely with the Club Room Manager to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
