Job Title: Food and Beverage Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Lead to join our team at River Island. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading our Food and Beverage team on weekends, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and drive store performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all team members and customers.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and drive business growth.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
