Deputy Store Manager Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Lidl. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team's skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels, cash processes, and KPIs to optimize store performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve business objectives, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
