Position Overview:
We are seeking a Front Office Manager for Fawsley Hall Hotel & Spa, a proud member of Hand Picked Hotels. This hotel, located in Northamptonshire, is renowned for its luxurious accommodations, boasting 4 AA Red Stars and a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. Guests can unwind at one of the Midlands' premier destination spas and enjoy state-of-the-art wellness facilities, all set within beautifully landscaped gardens designed by the famous architect Capability Brown in the 1760s.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Reception, porters, and night teams to ensure exceptional service delivery, prioritizing guest satisfaction in all activities.
  • Lead the team in achieving departmental objectives, organizing work activities, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and secure workplace, adhering to all protocols while engaging the team in training and upselling initiatives.
  • Build effective relationships to create a positive learning environment, making confident decisions in collaboration with the team.
