Job Description

Enzen Global Limited - UK is seeking a highly skilled SCADA Software Development Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain standards, practices, procedures, and policies for Enzen's clients using SCADA, SCADA network, and SCADA telecommunications processes.
  • Troubleshoot various communication issues related to SCADA, Telemetry, and remote equipment affecting pipeline operations.
  • Take ownership of technical issues and use persuasive skills to work with 3rd line support to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the computer operating system, network, and control system package.
  • Provide SCADA and Telemetry support and work with IT infrastructure on system issues and upgrades.
  • Develop/updates custom application functionality, understands, and supports external system interfaces.
  • Build, modify, test, and design screens/mimics, database records, and create/modify structure text programming in SCADA to add new operations functions.
  • Support troubleshooting control equipment by providing diagnostic information to the field.
  • Have platform knowledge such as On-prem and cloud (ex: AWS) to deploy or support/manage SCADA and Telemetry application.
  • Participate in providing training to customers as required.
  • Prepare Excel-based reports based on incident severity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Certification on Networking is a plus.
