About the Role

Enzen Global Limited - UK is a leading global knowledge enterprise specializing in energy and water solutions. We are seeking an experienced SCADA Systems Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for SCADA applications, telemetry communications, and related systems.
  • Work on various projects, including SCADA software development, testing, and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain standards, practices, procedures, and policies for SCADA operations.
  • Troubleshoot communication issues related to SCADA, telemetry, and remote equipment.
  • Support the existing infrastructure, including computer operating systems, networks, and control systems.
  • Provide SCADA and telemetry support, working with IT infrastructure on system issues and upgrades.
  • Develop and update custom application functionality, understand and support external system interfaces.
  • Build, modify, test, and design screens, database records, and create/modify structure text programming in SCADA.
  • Support troubleshooting control equipment by providing diagnostic information to the field.
  • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps and lead outages to resolution in a timely manner.
  • Participate in providing training to customers as required.
  • Prepare Excel-based reports based on incident severity.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with leading SCADA packages such as Schneider ClearSCADA/SCX Wonderware, GE Power On, ABB SCADA, and/or Telvent.
  • Understanding/setting up of PLC/SCADA interface.
  • Networking knowledge.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes.
Education
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Certification on Networking is a plus.
