About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Campaigns Manager to join our team at Energia Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the increasing volume of work within the team, driven by the growing complexity of the energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective customer campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform future initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with third-party marketing agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related industry or role.
  • Demonstrable reporting skills, strong at Microsoft Excel and summarizing information into charts and key summaries.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a project end to end.
  • Demonstrable presentation skills, a creative flair and comfortable with tools like PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of GDPR.
  • Experience working with third-party marketing agencies.
